1、 Mold inspection: 1. For manufacturers of glass wine bottles, they mostly produce according to the molds provided by customers or newly opened molds based on drawings and sample bottles. For key dimensions of molds that may affect molding, it is necessary to communicate and negotiate with customers immediately after mold opening, reach a consensus on the modification of key dimensions, and have a crucial impact on the yield and molding effect of subsequent products. 2. All molds must be matched with the mouth mold, initial mold, and finished mold when entering the factory, and inspected according to the drawings or customer requirements.

2、 Piece inspection:
1. The first 10-30 products produced after the mold is put on the machine and before the annealing line, 2-3 products are selected from each mold for size specification inspection, and the inspection is based on the mouth size; Inner and outer diameters of the mouth; Whether the engraving on the foundation is correct and clear; Is the bottle pattern correct.
2. When the bottle first comes out of the annealing line, the quality inspection team leader limits each molded product to 2-3 pieces and conducts comprehensive testing according to the drawings. In addition to the above, capacity measurement, material weight measurement, inner and outer diameter of the opening need to be carried out. If necessary, the bottle should be filled with water, and a customer supplied lid should be used for physical assembly to check whether it can be covered properly and whether there is any water leakage. And conduct internal pressure, internal stress, and acid and alkali resistance tests.
3、 Process inspection:
1. Without changing the mold, every 2 hours, two samples are taken from each mold for capacity and material weight testing. Additionally, the inner and outer diameters of the mouth need to be checked, as the mouth mold is prone to oil stains during use, resulting in loose lids and wine leakage.
2. During the manufacturing process, a new mold may be replaced due to mold issues. Therefore, the molding workshop must immediately notify the quality inspection workshop after the mold replacement. The quality inspection workshop must conduct part inspection and process inspection on the bottles produced by the newly replaced mold to prevent quality problems caused by quality inspection omissions after the mold replacement.
